What forms of payment does dojoperformance.com accept?

Answer:
Mastercard, VISA, and American Express via PayPal are accepted for online orders. You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment transaction.

Question:
Can I change a payment method after submitting an order?

Answer:
No. Once you have selected your method of payment through PayPal then the payment transaction is processed with your order, the method cannot be changed.

Return Policy

Our no hassle return policy is that any item that we sell can be returned minus a 25% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) up to 30 days from the date of shipment.

In order for a returned item to be accepted, the returned item must be in its original condition (no damage) and returned in it's original packaging. Product must be in new condition. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please include a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you along with your return.
